Installation 'A room with a view' at De Koepel in Haarlem (2018).
In a panopticon prison no longer in use in the city of Haarlem I was asked to make a work responding to the environment of a cell. The claymation has been made on top of the windows of cell 0.29. In this prison cell there is no view, just light coming in, except a glimpse of the sky, some wire and a lamp post. Prisoners depend on their imagination to get through the day.
